The wig is alright overall, but the color wasn’t quite what I thought I was getting. I’ve ordered similar soft brown wigs before, and this one looked a lot warmer and more reddish in person than it did in the pictures. It’s still wearable and the hair feels decent, so I’m not too upset, but it wasn’t exactly the shade I had in mind. Shipping was fine too, I just wish the color matched the photos a little better

They look fine out of the box, but after about an hour they started hurting because they’re just too tight for me. I tried reaching out to support to see if there was anything I could do or if an exchange was possible, but I kept getting bounced around in the same support loop without a real answer. Frustrating overall.

I’m still waiting for my order to show up, and it feels like it’s taking forever. At this point, I’m starting to wonder if they didn’t actually ship it when they said they did or if they’re hoping people just won’t notice the delays. Frustrating.

I asked for longer bangs and darker roots, but... neither really turned out the way I wanted. I was hoping it would feel more personalized, so I’m kinda disappointed.

The hair itself looked decent, but the cap just didn’t feel that well made to me. I’ve worn a few like this before, so I kind of expected it to sit flatter, but this one felt bulky on my head. The straps were also a bit awkward to adjust. I was hoping it would work better, but I was a little disappointed.

I really expected more for the price. The wig looked decent in the photos, but once I got it in person, I was disappointed. It felt cheap, thin, and just not like something that should cost that much. I kept thinking, seriously, this is what I waited for? I’ve bought better wigs for less money, so this one just didn’t make sense to me. It’s not the absolute worst, but the quality doesn’t match the price at all. I wouldn’t buy it again.

I was disappointed. The lace felt thick and scratchy, and it didn’t melt into my skin at all. It just sat there looking really obvious around my hairline. After wearing it one time, it already started fraying. I tried reaching out about it too, but I kept getting transferred from one person to another, which made the whole thing even more frustrating

They said the refund would come by a certain time, but it showed up later than expected. Not the worst experience ever, but definitely more hassle than it needed to be.

Maybe it works if you only plan to wear it a couple times, but for everyday use? Yeah, not so much.

The ends feel kind of plastic-y, and it sheds more than I expected. For the price, I really thought it would hold up better, like come on now, it shouldn’t be looking this worn out so fast.

The box showed up crushed and bent, like it had been tossed around the whole way here. I don’t know, I just expected it to look a little more cared for when it arrived, especially since it’s a wig and not something you want smashed in a flimsy box.

There was barely any padding inside either, just the wig sitting in a thin bag. Even the paper in the box looked messy, and the whole thing kind of gave off a cheap feeling right away, which was frustrating because for the price, I really thought the presentation would be better.
I haven’t even tried the wig on yet because the first impression put me off. Maybe the wig itself is fine, who knows, but packaging matters, and this just wasn’t okay.

There just isn’t much room to style things the way you want. I think a lot of customers would appreciate having more flexibility and customization options.
